🤝 Click to View Signed MoUThis Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is executed in April 2026 at the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), Goa, Satellite Institute of the All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi, an Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, by and between the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), Goa, and the Institute of Applied Statistics (IAS), Kanpur, a Statistical Training and Research Institute.
The primary objective of this MoU is to establish a Joint Research and Development Centre as a collaborative platform for advancing research and academic initiatives in interdisciplinary domains. The collaboration aims to design, develop, and implement joint health research projects with a special focus on Ayurveda, public health, and integrative medicine.This MoU further seeks to strengthen capacity-building initiatives through workshops, training programmes, faculty development activities, and academic exchanges. It also emphasizes the advancement and application of statistical, computational, and artificial intelligence-based methodologies for comprehensive health data analysis and interpretation.
In addition, the MoU promotes data standardization, digitization of health records, and evidence-based, data-driven decision-making in healthcare systems. It also supports the exchange of scientific knowledge, technical expertise, and academic resources between the Parties, and encourages the co-development of educational materials, research publications, and policy briefs aimed at strengthening evidence-based healthcare and policy formulation.

🤝 Click to View Signed MoUThis Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is executed on the 19th day of November, 2025, at the Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg, New Delhi, by and between the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and the Institute of Applied Statistics (IAS), Kanpur, a Statistical Training and Research Institute.
The primary objectives of this MoU are to establish a Joint Research and Development Center as a collaborative platform for advanced research and academic initiatives, and to design and implement joint health research projects with a special focus on Ayurveda, public health, and integrative medicine. 🤝 Click to View Signed MoUThe nodal centre - Institute of Applied Statistics (IAS) to launch Research & Development Scheme to enhance the knowledge of statistics and research activities among medical, nursing, paramedical professionals & academicians. The scheme has been launched by IAS and the workshops are being conducted. This is a R&D scheme for the development of statistical and research thinking among academicians. The sole purpose of this work is to make statistics more practical and understandable for medical professionals and to carve out a niche for Biostatistics in medical profession. We have already developed approximately 20 modules on different topics of statistics and research met.
National Institute of Medical Statistics (NIMS) is a pioneer in the field of medical statistics. It would be a privilege to successfully proceed with the Research & Development Scheme having the support of NIMS. Hence, we would like to join hands together with the NIMS for successful completion of this challenging task.
The main goal of the scheme is to provide quality education through experienced and renowned national faculties from different prestigious organizations at minimal cost. Furthermore, the scheme is aimed to spread statistical knowledge to each and every organization across the country.
