Vision to Establish Maharshi Charak Ayurveda R&D Scheme

Vision behind this thought is inculcate research aptitude amongst students & faculties. That’s why we thought to extend this scheme in the field of Ayurvedic science entitled as “Maharshi Charak Ayurveda Research & Development scheme” in the honnour of Maharshi Charaka (Father of Ayurveda) for their overriding contribution in the field of Ayurveda. Charaka (Caraka, fl. c.100 BCE – 200 CE was one of the principal contributors to Ayurveda, a system of medicine and lifestyle developed in Ancient India. He is known as the compiler or editor of the medical treatise entitled Charaka Samhita. The treatise that Charaka compiled is one of the foundational treatises of classical Indian medicine and is regarded one among the Brihat-Trayee (the Greatest - trio) of Ayurveda.

Goal of Maharshi Charak Ayurveda R&D Scheme

TThe main goal of the scheme is to provide quality education through experienced and renowned national faculties from different prestigious organizations at minimal cost. Furthermore, the scheme is aimed to spread statistical knowledge to each and every organization across the country. This is a non-profit scheme for the development of statistical and research thinking among academicians. Therefore, the program will be conducted in a subsidized manner, proceeds from which will be utilized in the development of scheme.
